Ebenezer Hats Return Policy

At Ebenezer Hats, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be perfect, and we’re here to help. Please review our detailed return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.


Eligibility for Returns

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund to your original form of payment.

The hat must be in its original condition:

• Unworn: The hat shows no signs of wear, including creases, stains, or odor.

• Undamaged: The hat must be free of tears, scratches, or any alterations.

• Original Packaging: Return the hat in the packaging it arrived in, including the branded box, tissue paper, and any additional inserts.

• Included Materials: Care cards and any promotional items received with the order must be included.

Non-Qualifying Returns: If items are returned with signs of wear or damage, or without the original packaging, they will not qualify for a refund. Instead, a store credit will be issued.


Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items to cover processing and quality control. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

• If your return does not meet the refund criteria, you will receive an email notification, and store credit will be issued instead.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges! If you wish to exchange your hat for another size, color, or style:

1. You are free to keep the original hat you received.

2. Simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your exchange.

3. Place your new order for the desired item, and we’ll ensure it ships as quickly as possible.

3. For returns, carefully package your item to ensure it arrives in the original condition.
